Studies Eligible for WIRB Review
Phase I, II and III clinical studies are eligible for review by WIRB, regardless of the sponsor or funding source. Investigators who wish to have their proposed clinical trial reviewed by the WIRB must provide a valid budget number for WIRB fees and a completed WIRB new application to the IRB via PHIRST for review by WIRB. The JHSPH IRB will screen all WIRB applications to ensure that the application meets the eligibility requirements.
